Return & Refund Policy

At Capri eRide we want you to love your ride. If something isn't right, you can return your e-bike within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is in good condition.

14-day return window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Condition requirements

To qualify for a return, the e-bike must be:

In good condition, with no damage, scratches, dents or signs of heavy use
Not modified, disassembled or repaired by a third party
Returned with all original parts and accessories (charger, keys, manuals, tools)
Preferably in its original packaging

Every return is inspected when it reaches us. If the e-bike does not meet these conditions, the return may be declined or a partial refund may be issued to cover repairs or missing parts.

Non-returnable items

E-bikes that have been damaged, crashed or ridden beyond a basic test ride
Parts and accessories that have been installed or used
Gift cards

How to start a return

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
Ship or drop off the e-bike as instructed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your purchase was financed, the refund is sent to the financing provider, which will adjust your balance.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your e-bike arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no extra cost.
